This was followed by a statement from Osabarimba Kwesi Atta II, Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee.

A traditional dance interlude added vibrant cultural expression before the official launch of PANAFEST/Emancipation by Hon. Abla Dzifa Gomashie, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts. The event concluded with an open forum for questions and answers, followed by a Muslim closing prayer led by Fauzia Abdulai from GTA. The program ended on a warm note with refreshments shared among attendees.
